WASHINGTON
Obama spent the last seven weeks of pitching different parts of the Bill on its way across the country, and he has vowed to keep pressing lawmakers to pass its components. He has also urged members of the community who supported him to deliver a message to their elected representatives in Washington. Media day is another way the White House hopes to spread Obama
Highlight the day will be a short interview each anchor is going to do with Obama. In addition to interviewing the President, the anchor will discuss the Bill with the Cabinet Secretary who oversees security, education, housing and transportation.
The White House also has arranged special access to the anchor, including the opportunity to ask a question at a daily briefing, Press Secretary Jay Carney lunch with senior advisor David Plouffe, interview with White House staff from their home markets, on camera White House State floor tour and tour of Michelle Obama
