Junior League of Fort Smith hosted the kids in the kitchen at Amp’d Outreach Center of East Side of the Baptist Church on Saturday (February 4) to show that eating healthy and exercising can be fun with little effort.

After entering the free event, each child is given a goody bag containing box drinks, pedometer, information listed on the nutrition label, size and coloring pages and other items.

“I was told that his friends think he’s acting the goat,” he said. “One of his friend swam down to take a closer look, he’s interesting and lifeguards revived him.”
